Great boots for a great price!

I bought these boots (in black) about a month ago and have worn them quite a few times. I had been looking for the perfect knee-high boots and these are definitely them. I have gotten many compliments on these boots.



It's true that these boots are a little wide in the calves so if you have very skinny legs these are not the boots for you. However unlike what some of the other reviews say this does not make them a terrible product. These are great for women with athletic calves (like me). I know that it can be difficult sometimes to find boots that fit muscular calves but these are it! These boots are fine for me to wear with tights leggings or jeans.



The leather of these boots is soft and comfortable. No they don't look like fancy expensive leather but if this is your price point this is not bad at all. They don't look cheap they look fine. The wedge heel has been comfortable since the first time I've worn them.



I think that the people who wrote the negative reviews expected too much out of a boot that costs less than $100. These boots are great; very comfortable very cute very stylish. If you're looking for a pair of knee high boots for a low price these are it! More detail ...

it's runs really small

I ordered these boots in a size 6 and had to return them. I normally wear a size 5 1/2 or 6 (when I want to be able to wear thick socks with with the shoes) but couldn't even get my foot into the boot wearing only thin tights! I don't know if they just need a zipper perhaps or if they were defective but I had to return them. It's really a shame because they are so cute. I guess the moral of the story is that you may want to order at least a size a bigger than you normally wear and keep your receipt just in case you end up having to ship them back....good luck!More detail ...

Would have returned these boots had I not already planned to wear them "out" for the evening. They were embarrassingly shapeless and not over the knee which was within the description at all. Beautiful Boots

I just purchased these boots. I wear a size 10 which is what I ordered and my toes touch the tip of the boot. I did not find them to be too large at all. They are very comfortable.



I got a little dirt on them and rubbed it off with a little water and shoe cleaner and some of the dye rubbed off leaving a lighter colored spot. I am not sure if this speaks to the boot dye or the cleaner I used but nevertheless I was still surprised to see it.



I really like this boot for its style comfort and warmth and would highly recommend them. I did not rate them a 5 star as the size was a bit snug and the color came off easilyMore detail ...

Beautiful but Too Small

I usually shop Zappos. But I couldn't get over the knee boots in my size & price range for the holidays. Late in the season I found these on Amazon and was so excited they had my size! Ordering was a breeze. Boots came quickly. They are beautiful. Very attractive and the shoe part is very comfortable. Love the heel height. However the shaft is too narrow for my calves. I can pull them up all the way but unfortunately they're so tight that it's obvious & unattractive. No way I could ever wear them over jeans. They fit my teenage daughter perfectly. Here's the big problem. I didn't realize there was a time limit for returning things on Amazon! I've shopped Amazon for years and never wanted to return anything before now. Imagine my shock and disappointment when I discovered there was a deadline and that I had missed it by two days. On Zappos they give you 365 days to return so I guess I am spoiled by that. I was in no rush and let the holidays pass and took a post holiday rest. Don't know what I'll do with the boots. Yes they fit my daughter but she's a little young for high boots just yet. Wasn't sure that thigh high boots were "me". Midwestern middl aged and a bit overweight. Turns out that these boots are GREAT. I wear a size 10 and am almost 6 ft tall. Big Girl you say yeah I am. The boots are somfy no pinching on the toes or heel. I did order a 1/2 size larger than my flat shoes but heels are usually that way anyway. The zipper is a nice feature heel to thigh. Love the Boots.... But Color way off!

I got these boots today as a gift and they are wonderful except they are not the color that is shown in the picture. The color is more of a greyish color more than a beige shown. It says TaupeBut the boot in the picture is no where near the color I got. They are still wonderful boots.If you have a wide foot or bigger knees then these are not for you. LOVELY

I bought this in the light brown desert color. 2 3/4" heel is perfect. The shaft is about 23" high. The first time I wore them (over skinny jeans) I got 5 compliments. The suede is a very good quality. I can wear the boot "over the knee" or can scrunch it down to just below the knee. The sole is smooth and without traction but I have no other complaints. Fits true to size. My calves are 14 1/4" at the widest point and I can pull them over skinny jeans. If you have larger calves (over 15 1/2") they may bee too small. great boots

These are great boots. The opening is a little wide at the top when i tried them on but it wasnt too bad. They make your knees look huge if the fabric isnt just right. They also make your legs look bigger because of all the extra fabric. They're good tho because u could wear them high up on your leg or scrunch them down to just above the knee (well im short.. so i can do this) They are def cute. They seem like they're made pretty well too. They do have a high heel but with the hidden platform it's not too bad. I give it 4 stars because im not sure how often im gonna have to rearrange the fabric so that my knees dont look funny. Other than that- I love them. More detail ...
